The order cutoff is 07:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST, UTC−06:00), fixed year-round without daylight saving adjustments. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day enter that day’s processing cycle. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays enter the next business day’s cycle.

Request a return within 30 calendar days of receipt by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason. Obtain authorization before returning. Ordinary returns must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Authorized returns are sent to 10 Rue Du Clos De La Chapellerie, 44117 Saint-André-Des-Eaux, France. Customers pay shipping to France for change-of-mind returns; we cover it for our errors, damage or defects. No restocking fee applies.

Email us with your order number and a description of the problem. Ordinary change-of-mind conditions do not prevent help with damaged, defective or incorrect goods.

Approved refunds are returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.

Follow the material-specific care instructions on the product page. Clean removable parts separately. Do not assume a product is dishwasher-safe or microwave-safe unless its instructions say so.

Each product page lists the capacities, number of pieces and accessories included. A two-bottle set contains two bottles; any included bag, cup, strap or lid is listed with that item.
