Where we deliver
We deliver to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not currently deliver to U.S. territories, APO/FPO military addresses or destinations outside the United States. A country may appear in the address selector without being an eligible shipping destination.
Shipping cost
All orders receive free standard shipping. No minimum purchase is required.
Handling and transit
Free standard shipping to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Handling covers preparation before dispatch; transit begins after dispatch.
Order cutoff and business days
The order cutoff is 07:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST, UTC−06:00), fixed year-round without daylight saving adjustments. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day enter that day’s processing cycle. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays enter the next business day’s cycle.
Delivery details
Provide a complete and accurate address, including any apartment or unit information. If you notice an address error or need help with a delivery, contact [email protected]. Delivery timing can be affected by carrier disruptions, weather and other circumstances. Contact us if a shipment appears delayed or is reported delivered but cannot be found.
Taxes
The checkout tax amount is $0.00 under our current pricing setup. This does not mean that the products are legally tax-exempt.
