30-day return requests
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.
How to request a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Please obtain return authorization and return instructions before sending an item. The return address is 10 Rue Du Clos De La Chapellerie, 44117 Saint-André-Des-Eaux, France. Returns are sent to France, including returns from U.S. customers.
Return shipping and fees
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping to France. If the return is due to our error, damage, a defect or an incorrect item, we cover the return shipping cost. There is no restocking fee.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can arrange an appropriate resolution. The unused and original-packaging requirements for ordinary change-of-mind returns do not prevent you from reporting or obtaining help with damaged, defective or incorrect items.
Refunds
Once a refund has been approved, the funds will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Contact us if you need help identifying or following up on a refund.
